We are open 10am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 2pm Saturday.  We are closed Sunday.

We stock a huge range of clothing and are happy to offer suggestions and options based on your requirements but if you would prefer to supply your own garments that’s fine.  We do include a disclaimer which states that where a customer’s own clothing/garments are supplied we cannot be held responsible for any damage which may occur in the printing/embroidery process.  The customer accepts that this can occur and Ice Print and Design cannot compensate for this.

Due to the fact that we supply so many different items and with a huge range of options/specifications, and in various quantities it becomes difficult to offer set pricing.  We encourage customers to contact us so we can supply bespoke pricing and offer as many discounts as we can for your order – it’s one of the benefits of ordering everything under one roof – the more items you order, the more time and money you save.

We are based at 140 Fowler Street in South Shields (our full address is at the bottom of the page) for deliveries and collections or feel free to call in to ask questions and order.  Alternatively you can get in touch via our contact options on the Contact Us page, which is normally quicker and more convenient for customers. One of the team will reply asap.

This is dependent on various factors such as whether artwork is supplied, the type of product ordered and the quantity.  We normally turn around items in 5-14 days depending on the order.  Turnaround times may also dependent on available stock.

We offer worldwide delivery on all items.  Some items may have free delivery so please ask when ordering.
